Refund policy

Buying a system as a one-time file — before you download

You may cancel and get a full refund within 7 days of payment, without giving a reason, as long as you have not downloaded the system file and we have not handed you the login. Request it from your delivery page.

Buying a system — after you download

Once you download the file the purchase is final and non-refundable. The full source code is then yours and cannot be returned. You accept this explicitly before paying, and we keep the time of your acceptance with your order.

The 399 SAR installation, domain and hosting fee

If we have not started the installation within 7 days, the fee is refunded on its own, even if you downloaded the system. Once the domain is bought, the fee is not refundable, even if you refund the system price.

If the fault is ours

If the file does not open, the license does not work, or you were charged twice — we refund in full whatever the window says. Write to us.

Subscriptions — full refund window

You may cancel and get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, without giving a reason. Request it from your workspace or by WhatsApp.

How the refund is returned

To the same payment method, through the payment provider, usually within a few business days depending on your bank.

After the window

The paid period is not refundable, and the subscription stays active until its end date. You may cancel renewal at any time before it.

Setup fee

The one-off setup fee is refunded within the window as well, as long as the workspace has not been handed over with your data loaded.

Renewals

Renewal is not automatic unless you explicitly authorise it; we remind you before the end of the period.

If we cancel

If we stop a system, we refund the unused period in full.
