Frequently asked questions
What gets asked most, answered directly.
What is Nexus Via Business Solutions?
A Saudi consulting, business and technology solutions company. It assesses the real problem before building anything, builds digital platforms, systems or applications when they are the answer, and measures their impact with before-and-after numbers.
Where do you work? Are you limited to Madinah?
No. Our headquarters is in Madinah, but we work with organisations and companies across all regions of Saudi Arabia — on site when a field assessment is needed, remotely otherwise — and we welcome requests from outside the Kingdom through direct contact.
Who do you work with?
Three arenas: government bodies, the private sector and institutions, and the non-profit sector. For individuals we offer ready digital products.
What happens after I press “Bring what you've got”?
You choose what you want to do today, and we take you to the right path: a short form or a tool you can use right away. If you send something you receive a request number, and we come back within two working days with a first opinion — you can track the request by its number any time.
Is the first opinion paid?
No. The first opinion is free and does not commit you to anything. What follows — a field assessment or a build — is agreed in writing before any work.
Do you only consult, or do you build platforms too?
Both. We start with an assessment, and if the case needs a platform, a system or an application we build it, deliver it and train your team to run it.
How do you measure impact?
Before and after: the time a service takes, its cost, the number of steps, and the number of people served. Approved results are published on the Impact page.
How can I verify the company is officially registered?
Through the Saudi Business Center logo at the bottom of the page — it opens the official commercial-registration verification page.
Do you work with individuals?
Our diagnostics, builds and systems are for businesses and organisations. For individuals we offer ready digital products on the digital products page.

Standalone or inside the other systems? NEXUS Inventory OS
Both: a compact inventory module inside barber, salon, restaurant, pharmacy, maintenance and others, and a full system for a standalone warehouse or multiple branches.
Does it need barcodes? NEXUS Inventory OS
Not required. Movements are recorded by item name, and the cashier reads barcodes where you have them.
Does the customer need an app? Nedaa — smart pager
No. They scan with the phone camera and a web page opens. No account, no sign-up.
What if the customer declines notifications? Nedaa — smart pager
The open page still alerts them: sound, vibration and a colour change. The push notification is an enhancement, not a replacement.
And on iPhone? Nedaa — smart pager
A lock-screen notification on iPhone requires adding the page to the Home Screen — Apple's limitation, not ours. Without it, the open page is enough: they hear the alert and see the colour change. We say this on the page itself.
What if the customer loses connection? Nedaa — smart pager
They see the last state received, and the page updates within seconds when it returns. And calling out in the shop still works as it does today.
Does it take orders or payments? Nedaa — smart pager
No. It only calls. Orders and payments stay exactly as you run them today.
How many devices do I need? Nedaa — smart pager
One tablet or phone at the till. And if you want none, print the A5 card with the code and put it on the counter.
Have a challenge like this one?
We start by understanding it before we build anything.
